Managing Real Estate Broker - Roger Coles
Roger Coles attended Iowa State University and after graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He went to work for one of the largest transportation carriers in the world. Where he learned the principle of, “Utilizing technology to increase productivity and minimize costs.”
In February 2002, after years of visiting family and vacationing in Florida, Roger and his new bride, Leanne, decided to take a leap of faith and relocate to Florida, start a family and launch a career in Real Estate.
Since that time, through purchasing his own investment properties along with managing properties for out of state and local owners. Roger personally understands the trials and tribulations that face property owners. Along with the benefits and rewards that can be received from a properly managed investment property.
Accounting - Kristy Leto
Kristy Leto graduated with a BA from Michigan State University in 1991 and a Masters in Accountancy from University of South Florida in 2006. She started her career at Ernst & Young and has 8 years of public accounting experience, 6 as a certified public accountant in Michigan and 4 years of experience as the CFO of Warren International in Sarasota, Florida.
After her children were born, Kristy made the difficult decision to leave the high demands of her CFO position for a more flexible and balanced life-work schedule, taking on select small business clients, providing accounting and consulting services. She has a passion for keeping her client businesses organized and timely. Kristy teamed up with Roger and Priority Real Estate Management in 2014 and enjoys his commitment to running an accurate, efficient and reliable business.
